For some time, Treyonics has been utilizing the many resources of ArcadeGames4U to provide better service to our customers. This originally started when we switched from Happ Controls to buying our arcade parts from ArcadeGames4U. This process was carried even further when in December of 2004, I visited the ArcadeGames4U facility and certified their employees on the design, construction, and testing of our Devastator II and Centurion line of Home Controller Systems.
By doing this, we had full access to the many advantages that ArcadeGames4U has over us. These include full CNC-equiped wood shop, in-house supply of arcade parts, and employees second-to-none who can process and build orders for their customers.
Our relationship with Arcade Games4U has been very valuable to us. Their staff have always been able to resolve any issue that may have come about for our many customers.
We are now taking this relationship even further. We are totally joining forces with ArcadeGames4U. We are in negotiations to have Treytonics become a subsidiary of ArcadeGames4U, including having myself, James W. Krych, become an employee of their's.
What does this mean to all past, present, and future Treyonics customers?
For one, it means that no matter where I may be for my military service, all orders for our great products will continue to be processed and shipped out.
Two, even better turnaround times on orders. Any OEM disasters nothwithstanding, we are averaging about a week-and-a-half for delivery times. We are planning to get that dropped even further with the eventual turanaround for 24-hours for standard-color DevII's and Centurions. Custom-color units will take a little longer.
Our Limited Lifetime Warranty continues.
Eventual affiliates programs for the DevII and Centurion controllers.
Any sized order, no matter how custom or in quantity, can now be handled with ease by ArcadeGames4U.
Finally, price reductions in the Home Controller System line are planned.
Once the negotiations are completed, the website will fall under ArcadeGames4U. And, any orders from the site will go to the shopping cart of ArcadeGames4U.
I will still be providing the customer service and technical support that everyone expects of Treyonics.
I am truly thankful for all of our customers who have placed their home arcade needs with us. And, I look forward to working with ArcadeGames4U to providing the very best in csutomer service for the very best Home Controller Systems that are available!
Biography
Treyonics was founded in the Spring of 2001 to provide Home Controller Systems to the retrogaming community. Our philosophy is one of providing total and complete systems to the home arcade enthusiast. The Devastator, Devastator II and Centurion controllers have been reviewed by many organizations including The Plain Dealer, Geek.com, Maximum PC, Retroblast, Retrogaming Times, Retrogaming Times Monthly, and Video Game Connection.
